  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your fruit salsa. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mango.
  2. Drizzle the lime juice over the fruit mix. If you like a touch of sweetness, add honey or agave syrup and stir gently.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat each tortilla with melted butter on both sides.
  4. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, and sprinkle the mixture over one side of each tortilla.
  5. Cut the tortillas into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Once baked, remove and let them cool slightly. Serve alongside the fruit salsa, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use corn tortillas instead of flour. For vegan options, substitute butter with coconut oil.
