Flaky, buttery crescent rolls filled with sweet, nutty pecan filling. Perfect for cozy fall breakfasts, snacks, or desserts. Beginner-friendly recipe with simple pantry ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Separate crescent dough into triangles.

  • Mix pecans, sugars, melted butter, cream, vanilla, and salt to make filling.

  • Spoon filling onto wide end of each triangle and roll to tip.

  • Brush rolls with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
