Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate crescent dough into triangles.
Mix pecans, sugars, melted butter, cream, vanilla, and salt to make filling.
Spoon filling onto wide end of each triangle and roll to tip.
Brush rolls with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
