This creamy, spicy, high-protein dip transforms the classic jalapeño popper into a healthier, crowd-pleasing snack. Made with blended cottage cheese, cheddar, and fresh jalapeños, it’s perfect for parties, game days, or any cozy gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese

  • 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 34 fresh jalapeños, seeded and diced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and seasonings until smooth.

  • Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in jalapeños and cheddar.

  • Spread into a small baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

  • Top with turkey bacon and green onions before serving.
