This creamy, spicy, high-protein dip transforms the classic jalapeño popper into a healthier, crowd-pleasing snack. Made with blended cottage cheese, cheddar, and fresh jalapeños, it’s perfect for parties, game days, or any cozy gathering.
Ingredients
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
¼ cup Greek yogurt
3–4 fresh jalapeños, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and seasonings until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in jalapeños and cheddar.
Spread into a small baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Top with turkey bacon and green onions before serving.
