- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set it aside.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust. Bake for about 10 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
- Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the sugar, mix well, then add the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the blueberries gently. Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
- Combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter in a separate bowl for the crumble. Mix well and sprinkle over the cheesecake filling.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.
- Cool the cheesecake to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Dust with powdered sugar or garnish with blueberries before serving.
