Yukon Gold Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

Yukon Gold Potatoes

Butter

Milk or Cream

Salt

Instructions

Boil the Potatoes: Wash and peel (optional) the potatoes. Cut them into even pieces and boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.

Mash: Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter and milk or cream until creamy.
