Ingredients
3 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1 lb (450 g) ground beef, turkey, or chicken
2 cups spicy tomato sauce (marinara or arrabbiata)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated cheddar or Parmesan
½ cup heavy cream (optional, for creamier layers)
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: parsley, jalapeño slices, pepperoni alternatives
Instructions
Preheat Oven: 375°F (190°C).
Prep Noodles: Boil ramen noodles for 2 minutes, then drain.
Cook Meat & Sauce: Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until golden. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, chili flakes, and optional heavy cream. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
Layer Lasagna:
_ Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
_ Place half of the noodles on top.
_ Spread half of the ricotta and mozzarella.
_ Spoon half of the meat sauce.
_ Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Rest & Serve: Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley or jalapeño slices if desired.
