  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or cotija)

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (optional)

For the Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
