Smoothie Cubes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup spinach or kale

  • 1 banana (ripe)

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk


Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Pour mixture into ice cube trays.

  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Pop cubes out and store in freezer bags.

  • To serve, blend 4–5 cubes with 1 cup milk or juice.

Notes

Try different bases like coconut water or oat milk.

Add protein powder for protein smoothie cubes.

Use airtight containers to prevent freezer burn.
