Ingredients
Scale
1 cup spinach or kale
1 banana (ripe)
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup strawberries
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour mixture into ice cube trays.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Pop cubes out and store in freezer bags.
To serve, blend 4–5 cubes with 1 cup milk or juice.
Notes
Try different bases like coconut water or oat milk.
Add protein powder for protein smoothie cubes.
Use airtight containers to prevent freezer burn.
