Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) chocolate chip cookie dough
20 Oreo cookies
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: peanut butter swirls, caramel drizzle, or extra chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Press cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
Arrange Oreo cookies in a single layer over the cookie dough.
In a bowl, melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt; mix until combined.
Pour brownie batter over the Oreo layer, spreading gently.
Bake 35–45 minutes, checking at 30 minutes. The center should be slightly soft.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
