Ingredients
2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
4 cups beef broth
4 servings ramen noodles
2 cups bok choy, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Chili flakes, optional (to taste)
Optional garnishes: green onions, soft-boiled eggs, sesame seeds
Instructions
Sear the Beef: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef chunks on all sides to lock in flavor.
Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the seared beef at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add chopped carrots, mushrooms, and bok choy.
