Ingredients
1 lb kielbasa (Polish sausage)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the kielbasa into ¼-inch thick rounds, but don’t cut all the way through, leaving the slices connected at the bottom.
In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth.
Brush the kielbasa slices generously with the mustard glaze, making sure to get the glaze in between the slices.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the kielbasa.
Arrange the kielbasa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Let the kielbasa bites rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley or chives, if desired, and serve with dipping sauces like ranch or mustard.
