  • 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough

  • 8 oz turkey sausage, chicken sausage, or beef sausage (fully cooked and crumbled)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Let cool slightly.

  • In a bowl, combine sausage and softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Unroll the crescent dough on a flat surface. Press seams together to make one sheet.

  • Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the dough.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  • Roll the dough tightly into a log.
