Ingredients
1 lb turkey or chicken sausage
4 large eggs
1 tube crescent roll dough (8-count)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or preferred blend)
1–2 tbsp milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: diced vegetables or fresh herbs
Instructions
Cook sausage until browned; remove and cool slightly.
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper; scramble gently.
Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles.
Fill each triangle with eggs, sausage, and cheese; roll tightly.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Serve warm, optionally with fruit or smoothies.
