  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (8-count)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or preferred blend)

  • 12 tbsp milk

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: diced vegetables or fresh herbs


Instructions

  • Cook sausage until browned; remove and cool slightly.

  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper; scramble gently.

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles.

  • Fill each triangle with eggs, sausage, and cheese; roll tightly.

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
