Quick Rice Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles (flat or thin)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Lime wedges and cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  • Soak noodles in warm water until pliable, then drain.

  • Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant.

  • Add vegetables and stir-fry 3–4 minutes.

  • Add protein, cook until heated.

  • Toss in noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce; stir until coated.

  • Finish with sesame oil, garnish with lime and cilantro.
