8 oz rice noodles (flat or thin)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
Lime wedges and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Soak noodles in warm water until pliable, then drain.
Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add vegetables and stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
Add protein, cook until heated.
Toss in noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce; stir until coated.
Finish with sesame oil, garnish with lime and cilantro.
