Quick Roasted Tilapia with Red Pepper Sauce

Description

Tender tilapia fillets baked to perfection and topped with a vibrant, flavorful roasted red pepper sauce. A simple, elegant seafood dinner perfect for weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)

  • 2 large red bell peppers, roasted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: splash of lemon juice

  • Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or cilantro)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat tilapia fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Bake 10–12 minutes until flaky.

  • Roast red peppers until skins are charred, peel, remove seeds, and blend with garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add lemon juice to taste.

  • Spoon sauce over baked tilapia fillets. Serve with sides of your choice and garnish with fresh herbs.
