Tender tilapia fillets baked to perfection and topped with a vibrant, flavorful roasted red pepper sauce. A simple, elegant seafood dinner perfect for weeknights or special occasions.
Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
2 large red bell peppers, roasted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional: splash of lemon juice
Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or cilantro)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat tilapia fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Bake 10–12 minutes until flaky.
Roast red peppers until skins are charred, peel, remove seeds, and blend with garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add lemon juice to taste.
Spoon sauce over baked tilapia fillets. Serve with sides of your choice and garnish with fresh herbs.
