Ingredients
Scale
1 cup warm water
½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
1–2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
Optional: lemon juice, ginger, honey
Instructions
Warm the water slightly.
Dissolve pink salt in water.
Add ACV and optional ingredients.
Stir well and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Dilute ACV to protect teeth; adjust taste with optional additions.
