Ingredients
1 cup whole milk (or oat milk for dairy-free)
½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
½ cup sugar (or sweetener alternative)
2–3 tsp instant coffee (or ½ cup cold brew, or 2 espresso shots)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Dissolve coffee in hot water if using instant.
Mix milk, cream, sugar, and coffee until smooth.
Pour into Ninja Creami pint, secure lid, and freeze for 24 hours.
Place pint in Ninja Creami and run the Ice Cream function.
If crumbly, press Re-Spin until creamy.
Add toppings or mix-ins as desired.
Notes
For dairy-free, substitute oat milk + coconut cream.
For low-sugar, use monk fruit sweetener.
For a frappe, blend finished ice cream with milk and ice cubes.
