Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning

Olive oil (for cooking)

Minced garlic

Chicken broth

Heavy cream

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rigatoni)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

Prepare the Chicken

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.

 

Make the Creamy Sauce

In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.

Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

 

Cook the Pasta

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.

Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

 

Combine and Serve

Return the seared chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce until fully cooked.

Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.

Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan. Serve hot.
