A layered, no-bake dessert with spiced apples, creamy layers, and graham crackers — perfect for fall, Thanksgiving, or cozy family nights.
Ingredients
4 cups peeled and sliced apples (Granny Smith + Honeycrisp)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
Graham crackers, enough to layer
Instructions
Prepare apple filling: cook apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, then add lemon juice and vanilla; let cool.
Prepare cream layer: beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
Layer dessert: graham crackers, cream layer, apple filling; repeat.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with cinnamon, caramel drizzle, or toasted nuts if desired.
