Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tablespoons hot honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Optional: Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side in olive oil.
Top with garlic and crumbled feta.
Drizzle hot honey over chicken.
Bake 18–22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven, drizzle lemon juice, and garnish with parsley.
Serve warm with your favorite sides.
