1 cup honey
2 tablespoons chili flakes or sliced fresh chili
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Warm honey gently in a small saucepan.
Stir in chili flakes and simmer 5–7 minutes on low heat.
Optional: Add vinegar for tang.
Remove from heat, strain if desired, and pour into a clean jar.
Store in a cool, dry place (refrigerate if fresh chilies were used).

Adjust chili amount to taste for mild, medium, or hot heat levels.
