Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup cornmeal

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the corn, melted butter, honey, eggs, and milk.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
