A simple and flavorful honey garlic shrimp recipe that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
• 500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp ginger (optional)
• 1-2 tsp olive oil
• Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Marinate shrimp in half the mixture for 15–20 min.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add shrimp and cook 1–2 min per side.
Pour in remaining sauce and cook until glossy and slightly thickened.
Serve with rice or veggies.
