  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • Green food coloring (few drops)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press 1 tbsp of mixture into each muffin cup. Bake 5-7 minutes, then cool.

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, then egg, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until creamy. Add green food coloring.

  • Spoon cheesecake filling into muffin cups, about 3/4 full. Tap tin to remove air bubbles.

  • Bake 18-22 minutes. Centers should be slightly jiggly. Cool 30 minutes, then refrigerate 2 hours.

  • Decorate with whipped cream, red candies, or chocolate chips to create Grinch faces or holiday accents.
