1 cup flour
1 cup sparkling water
½ tsp salt
Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Wash and gently dry zucchini flowers.
Mix flour, sparkling water, and salt into a light batter.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Dip blossoms into the batter and fry until golden.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
