Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup chopped pecans or granola (for coating)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and spices. Mix until smooth.
Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a plastic wrap mold.
Roll the ball in chopped pecans or granola until fully coated.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggie slices.
