Description

These deviled strawberries feature juicy strawberry halves filled with a smooth, sweet cheesecake-style filling and topped with graham crumbs. A fast, no-bake party snack that looks elegant and tastes irresistible.

1 lb fresh strawberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs


Instructions

Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.

Slice off the stems, then cut each berry in half lengthwise.

Use a small spoon to carve a shallow cavity in each half.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and heavy cream.

Mix until thick, fluffy, and pipe-ready.

Pipe the filling into each strawberry cavity.

Sprinkle lightly with graham cracker crumbs.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
