Ingredients
8–16 oz mushrooms, halved or sliced
1–2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1–1.5 teaspoons Ranch seasoning
¼–½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs for garnish
Optional: lemon juice or grated Parmesan
Instructions
Clean and dry mushrooms. Halve or slice evenly.
Toss mushrooms with oil, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 375–380 °F.
Cook mushrooms in a single layer for 8–10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Garnish with fresh herbs, optional lemon juice or Parmesan, and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust cook time for larger mushrooms.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
Store leftovers in airtight container up to 3–4 days. Reheat in air fryer.
