These Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites are the ultimate easy holiday appetizer—perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any cozy gathering. Made with just five simple ingredients, they combine flaky crescent roll dough, creamy sweetened cream cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce for a festive bite everyone will love.

  • 1 (8 oz) tube crescent roll dough

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet or mini muffin tin with parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Unroll crescent dough and cut into 12 pieces.

  • Spoon 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture and ½ tsp cranberry sauce onto each square.

  • Fold the corners over and seal edges gently.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
