Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloins
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2–3 slices turkey or chicken bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp ranch seasoning (or homemade blend)
½ cup breadcrumbs or panko
1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat chicken tenderloins dry.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and ranch seasoning.
Spread the mixture over each chicken tender, then press breadcrumbs or panko on top for a crispy coating.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden.
Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
