Description

These Crack Chicken Tenders are the ultimate combination of crispy, cheesy, and irresistibly flavorful. Each tender is coated in a creamy, ranch-seasoned cheese mixture and baked to perfection, with a golden, crunchy top that’s impossible to resist.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 23 slices turkey or chicken bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning (or homemade blend)

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko

  • 12 tbsp olive oil or melted butter


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Pat chicken tenderloins dry.

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and ranch seasoning.

  • Spread the mixture over each chicken tender, then press breadcrumbs or panko on top for a crispy coating.

  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil or melted butter.

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden.

  • Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
