Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve over creamy mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.

For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of red pepper flakes in the sauce.
