Ingredients
1 lb turkey bacon or chicken bacon, cooked and chopped
4 cups shredded hash browns or cubed bread
8 large eggs
1 cup milk or cream
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cut into chunks
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp ranch seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, chopped
Optional: bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
Layer hash browns/bread, protein, vegetables, and cheese in the dish.
Whisk eggs, milk/cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over layers and sprinkle green onions on top.
Bake 45–55 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
Let cool 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
