A simple, comforting bake that transforms store-bought cinnamon rolls into a warm, gooey casserole — perfect for holiday mornings, weekend brunches, or a cozy breakfast treat for family and friends.
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
3–4 large eggs
½ – ¾ cup milk or heavy cream
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional: maple syrup, brown sugar, chopped nuts, fruit, or chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread evenly in dish.
Whisk eggs, milk or cream, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Pour mixture over rolls; press gently. Optional: refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered for 25–30 minutes, then uncovered 10–15 minutes more.
Add warmed icing or glaze.
Serve warm.
Notes
Add nuts, fruit, or chocolate to customize.
Use heavy cream for richer texture.
