Description

A simple, comforting bake that transforms store-bought cinnamon rolls into a warm, gooey casserole — perfect for holiday mornings, weekend brunches, or a cozy breakfast treat for family and friends.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

  • 34 large eggs

  • ½¾ cup milk or heavy cream

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Optional: maple syrup, brown sugar, chopped nuts, fruit, or chocolate chips


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread evenly in dish.

  • Whisk eggs, milk or cream, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  • Pour mixture over rolls; press gently. Optional: refrigerate overnight.

  • Bake covered for 25–30 minutes, then uncovered 10–15 minutes more.

  • Add warmed icing or glaze.

  • Serve warm.

Notes

Add nuts, fruit, or chocolate to customize.

Use heavy cream for richer texture.

Excellent make-ahead breakfast for holidays.
