Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional
¼–½ cup graham cracker crumbs
Fresh cherries
Nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully blended.
Stir in the mini marshmallows.
Add the cherry pie filling, folding lightly for swirls or fully for even color.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Spoon into bowls, parfait cups, or a serving dish. Add graham cracker crumbs or extra cherries if desired.
