Creamy, cheesy, and savory, this Hissy Fit Dip is packed with sausage and perfect for parties, game day, or cozy family nights.
Ingredients
1 pound beef, chicken, or turkey sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños for heat
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fold in cooked sausage.
Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for a lightly browned top.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, bread, or veggies.
Notes
Can be made ahead; refrigerate overnight and bake just before serving. For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
