Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt)
8 hard or soft taco shells
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
½ cup diced onions and bell peppers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the Ground Beef until browned. Add diced onions, bell peppers, and taco seasoning. Stir until well combined.
Arrange taco shells in a baking dish. Spoon the cooked filling into each shell.
Top each taco generously with shredded cheese.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden. Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
Add optional toppings and serve hot with your favorite sides.
