Description

These cheesecake stuffed strawberries are an easy, no-bake treat made with fresh strawberries and a simple, creamy cheesecake filling. Perfect for parties, snacks, holidays, and quick desserts, these bite-size strawberry cheesecake bites are sweet, refreshing, and incredibly simple to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, large

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (optional for lighter texture)

  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional topping)

Instructions

  • Rinse strawberries under cold water and pat them completely dry.

  • Remove the green tops and hollow out the center of each strawberry.

  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.

  • If using whipped cream, fold it into the cheesecake mixture gently.

  • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped.

  • Pipe the cheesecake filling into each strawberry, creating a small swirl on top.

  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries if desired.

  • Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving to help the filling set.

  • Serve cold and enjoy.
