Ingredients
1 lb fresh strawberries, large
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (optional for lighter texture)
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional topping)
Instructions
Rinse strawberries under cold water and pat them completely dry.
Remove the green tops and hollow out the center of each strawberry.
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
If using whipped cream, fold it into the cheesecake mixture gently.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped.
Pipe the cheesecake filling into each strawberry, creating a small swirl on top.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries if desired.
Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving to help the filling set.
Serve cold and enjoy.
