Cheeseburger bombs are the ultimate bite-sized snack—juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and savory seasonings wrapped in soft, golden dough.
Ingredients
For the Beef Filling:
1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: 1–2 tsp mustard or diced pickles for extra flavor
For the Cheese:
8–12 cubes of cheddar, American, or Colby Jack cheese (1 cube per bomb)
For the Dough:
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent dough for a buttery texture)
Optional: homemade yeast dough (for a chewier bomb)
For Topping:
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
1–2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Let beef mixture cool slightly.
Flatten biscuit dough, add beef and a cheese cube, then pinch edges tightly.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with dipping sauces of your choice.
