Description

Cheeseburger bombs are the ultimate bite-sized snack—juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and savory seasonings wrapped in soft, golden dough.


Ingredients

For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: 1–2 tsp mustard or diced pickles for extra flavor

For the Cheese:

  • 812 cubes of cheddar, American, or Colby Jack cheese (1 cube per bomb)

For the Dough:

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent dough for a buttery texture)

  • Optional: homemade yeast dough (for a chewier bomb)

For Topping:

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  • 12 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Let beef mixture cool slightly.

  • Flatten biscuit dough, add beef and a cheese cube, then pinch edges tightly.

  • Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

  • Serve warm with dipping sauces of your choice.
