Ingredients
2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji), peeled, cored, and diced
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup whipped cream or cream cheese frosting
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, chocolate drizzle, extra caramel
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of 6 small cups or jars. Bake 5–7 minutes, then cool.
Toss diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Optionally, sauté in a small pan for 3–5 minutes for a softer texture.
Layer apples evenly over the cooled crust in each cup.
Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the apple layer.
Top each cup with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.
Add optional toppings such as nuts or chocolate drizzle.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best results.
