Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji), peeled, cored, and diced

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or cream cheese frosting

  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, chocolate drizzle, extra caramel


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of 6 small cups or jars. Bake 5–7 minutes, then cool.

  • Toss diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Optionally, sauté in a small pan for 3–5 minutes for a softer texture.

  • Layer apples evenly over the cooled crust in each cup.

  • Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the apple layer.

  • Top each cup with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.

  • Add optional toppings such as nuts or chocolate drizzle.

  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best results.
