A quick and irresistible holiday treat made with buttery Club Crackers, golden toffee, rich chocolate, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for gifting or enjoying at home during the holidays.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 sleeve Club Crackers (about 40 crackers)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and arrange Club Crackers in a single layer.
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the toffee mixture over crackers and spread evenly.
Bake for 5–6 minutes until bubbly.
Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and let them melt. Spread the chocolate evenly.
Add pecans and sea salt (if using).
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
For a nut-free version, replace pecans with crushed pretzels or festive sprinkles.
