Description

A quick and irresistible holiday treat made with buttery Club Crackers, golden toffee, rich chocolate, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for gifting or enjoying at home during the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 sleeve Club Crackers (about 40 crackers)

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and arrange Club Crackers in a single layer.

  • In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Pour the toffee mixture over crackers and spread evenly.

  • Bake for 5–6 minutes until bubbly.

  • Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and let them melt. Spread the chocolate evenly.

  • Add pecans and sea salt (if using).

  • Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

For a nut-free version, replace pecans with crushed pretzels or festive sprinkles.
