These BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps combine tender barbecue chicken, crisp coleslaw, and nutty whole wheat tortillas for a quick, healthy, and flavorful meal perfect for family dinners or summer gatherings.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
4 whole wheat tortillas
2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
Optional: avocado slices, shredded cheese, pickled onions
Instructions
Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F and brush with BBQ sauce.
Mix coleslaw with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Warm tortillas for 20 seconds in the microwave or skillet.
Place sliced chicken in the center of each tortilla, top with slaw, and optional add-ons.
Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides. Cut in half and serve immediately.
