1 cup flaxseeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
Instructions
Measure each seed.
Mix in a large bowl.
Store in airtight container in cool, dark place.
Use 2–3 tbsp daily in smoothies, salads, or yogurt.
